PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled asphalt movement plant method making use of an asphalt concrete production material producing from the existing asphalt pavement or the like and manufacturing a recycled heating asphalt mixture in scattered construction fields. SOLUTION: The asphalt concrete production material is crushed at a temporary stockyard, a cold mixture is manufactured to convey it to each site by a cold mixture conveying vehicle, and the recycled heating asphalt mixture such as a new paving material, a repairing material, a drainage system material or the like is manufactured by the recycled asphalt portable plant.
