PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of fanlight panel capable of mounting a fanlight panel in a state floating from a floor surface, facilitating the vertical positioning work thereof, and providing an inside-assembled structure with satisfactory workability of mounting. SOLUTION: The fanlight panel is mounted on a wall panel by mounting reinforcing materials in the connection parts of the fanlight panel and the wall panels, respectively, and engaging a connecting member having a first engagement part and second engagement part capable of being vertically positioned to both the reinforcing materials with both the reinforcing materials. The connecting member has, for example, a dropping-out preventing part for preventing the dropping-out of each panel in the connecting direction of the fanlight panel and the wall panel or a fanlight panel support part for supporting the fanlight panel. The second engagement part is positioned to and engaged with the wall panel reinforcing material by the weight of the fanlight panel supported by the fanlight panel support part.
