DECORATIVE SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet and its manufacturing method in which no organic solvent is substantially used. SOLUTION: A masking layer is formed on the surface of a resin-made base sheet, and then a printed pattern layer is formed on the masking layer using water-based print ink. A surface sheet is placed on the face of the base sheet with the printed pattern layer provided, and the base sheet is interlayer-glued to the surface resin sheet via a water-based or solventless adhesive. The surface sheet is embossed to have embossed patterns formed, and recesses of the embossed patterns are filled with a water-based coloring agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
