PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a whole displacement force of piezoelectric elements to elastic plates as thoroughly as possible and to enable precise assembling in relation to an ink jet printer, particularly bonding of piezoelectric elements and elastic plates. SOLUTION: A relay member is set between the piezoelectric element and the elastic plate. In a nozzle array direction, a width of the relay member at the side where it bonds with the piezoelectric element is made equal to or larger than that of the piezoelectric element, and a width of the relay member at the side where it bonds with the elastic plate is made smaller than that of a pressure chamber. A leading end of the piezoelectric element is bonded to the relay member, whereby a displacement of the piezoelectric element can be totally conducted to the elastic plate via the relay member and a positional deviation in the nozzle array direction of the piezoelectric element can be absorbed.
