PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a machining suitability check for a machine tool automatically, properly and efficiently without relying on a visual check by a worker. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape of a machining material W is measured by a three-dimensional measuring device 45 to acquire a machining material shape data, and product shape data defining the three-dimensional shape of a machined work are acquired. Whether a difference between the machining material shape data and the product shape data is larger than a standard cutting allowance stipulated in advance is determined by an arithmetic process by an arithmetic processing means.
