PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bookmarker for smoothly turning over a page sheet without yielding resistance. SOLUTION: The automatic bookmarker 1 comprises a square base sheet 5, a pair of connectors 6a and 6b provided to one side of the base sheet 5, a protruded body 13 provided between the connectors 6a and 6b, elastomers 12a and 12b connected by the upper sides 29a and 29b provided to the leading ends of a pair of the connectors 6a and 6b and having hold lines 15 formed thereto in parallel to the upper sides 29a and 29b and a V-shaped bookmarker body 27 connected to the leading ends of the elastomers 12a and 12b to be opposed to the base sheet 5. When the automatic bookmarker 1 is used, the base sheet 5 is held between the page sheets of a book and the proper number of the page sheets are held between the base sheet 5 and the bookmarker body 27. By this constitution, the side of the bookmarker body 27 becoming the end side of the book becomes necessarily an inclined side 11a. Therefore, when the page sheet is turned over, it comes into contact with the inclined side 11a and the bookmarker body 27 is smoothly sprung up. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
