PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material excellent in the interlaminar bonding of an ethylenic resin layer and a crystalline polypropylene resin layer, heat seal strength, pressure-resistant strength, glossiness, transparency, rigidity and the balance of cost and capacity. SOLUTION: A resin (A) is laminated on a substrate and a resin layer (B) is laminated on the surface of the resin layer (A) by melt oxtrusion laminating processing to provide a laminate. The resin layer (A) comprises the resin polymerized using a metallocene catalyst and shows a layer of an ethylenic resin based on an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer having specific physical properties (MFR, density, heat value of fusion). The resin layer (B) comprises a resin polymerized using a metallocene catalyst and shows a layer of a propylene resin based on a propylene/α-olefin copolymer having specific physical properties (MFR, a fusion peak temperature, an extraction temperature difference, a molecular weight).
