PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize resource-saving by exchanging only a damaged part and other recycling parts when a life by usage of a product and a damage are generated. SOLUTION: The collet chuck or the guide bush has a structure that it has a super-hard substance sintered part a for directly retaining a work by an inner peripheral surface; and a part d being a base of the part a and fitted to a body part by a screw or the like. The part a comprises a material sintered by a powder metallurgy method using diamond, WC or the like as a material powder. Since an exchange of the part a and the part b from the body part is easy, only the damaged part can be exchanged. The part a has an excellent abrasion property and according to an experiment of the inventor, a life of the product can be realized 10 times or more as compared with an article of prior art.
