PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce number of parts while preventing leak of conditioned air from a connection part of an air conditioning unit 11 and a vent duct 13. SOLUTION: A rear side case structure member 35 of a case 15 of the air conditioning unit 11 is formed separately from a front side case structure member 33. The rear side case structure member 35 and a roughly center part in a vehicle lateral direction of the vent duct 13 are formed as one body with connecting mutual wall parts. A connecting opening communicating to inside of the case 15 is formed on the wall part of the vent duct. A lower side duct half body 47 and an upper side duct half body 51 are separately formed and are jointed with oscillation welding to form the vent duct 13. The vent duct 13 is provided with flanges 55, 55 on both end parts thereof in a vehicle lateral direction and is fixed on vehicle body left and right front pillars. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
