A PLASTIC LUBRICANT

摘要

A plastic lubricant with the addition of copper powder and technological additives being used in electric contact devices of ignition switches combines properties of protection against wear and electric conductivity of friction contacts; this lubricant, for the purpose of improving operational characteristics, incorporates lithium soaps of 12-hydrooxystearic acid and estolides of 12-hydrooxystearic acid, and also an antioxidative additive û fenam which provides obtaining a water ûresistant electric contact lubricant having stable flow properties in the course of a long-term service and during storage, thus allowing to provide stable lubricating and electric contact properties for a long-time, and extend the temperature range of lubricant efficiency from minus 40 DEGREE C to 120 DEGREE C.
