Refrigeration equipment, comprising a plurality of use side heat exchangers (41) and (45, 51) for air conditioning and cooling and refrigeration, wherein a switching mechanism such as a four-way selector valve (3C) is installed on the suction sides of two compressors (2A, 2B) so that the operation of the refrigeration equipment can be continued even if one compressor is broken by allowing a compression mechanism (2) to cope with various types of operation patterns when the compression mechanism (2) is formed of two compressors (2A, 2B), whereby the plurality of operation patterns can be performed in a specified operation mode.
