<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lease sales supporting system and the like for promoting the lease sales of commodities. <P>SOLUTION: This lease sales supporting system comprises a server computer 1 and a plurality of terminal devices, 2, 3, 4, 5. The server computer 1 comprises a database of terms of contract 11e recording the information on terms of contract when the lease sales is executed among a user, a manufacturer, a distributor and a lease agent, and extracts and transmits the information on terms of contract from the database of terms of contract 11e in response to a request from the user, manufacturer, distributor or lease agent.
