<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance and to secure reliability of cooling by preventing a cooling medium from leaking, thus preventing the cooling medium from flowing to a place having no relation with cooling. <P>SOLUTION: A flow of the cooling medium to an unnecessary place having no relation with cooling in a wire winding apparatus is blocked with silicone tubes 10a and 10b generally on the market to secure the cooling of a surface of a coil 1 of the wire winding apparatus. Thus, the silicone tubes 10a and 10b are used as blocking materials to enable application to even a place which is large in deformation width and a gap size difference of a blocking place because of the tube shape, and no large surface pressure is needed for the blocking because of large elasticity of the tube shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
