In a case of transfer from cost control to creep control (S90), engagement pressure Pclt at a forward motion clutch 38 is gradually increased at a prescribed pressure increasing gradient (S100). In a case of transfer from neutral control to the creep control (S120), engagement pressure at the forward motion clutch 38 is immediately increased to engagement pressure Pcltcrip for creep control (S140). In a case of transfer from start control to creep control (S130), engagement pressure Pclt at the forward motion clutch 38 is immediately deducted from the engagement pressure Pcltcrp for creep control (S140).
