<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system and the like that can accurately grasp an operating status of a machine tool and can easily and accurately arrange data. <P>SOLUTION: The operation management system 1 is configured to connect an operation data accumulation/transmission device 11 connected to an NC device 16, and an operation management device via a telecommunication circuit 20. The operation data collection/transmission device 11 collects data on the operating status of a machine tool 15 to store them in operation data storing means 12, and creates transmission data relating a data element identifier defining an operating status item and operating status data corresponding to the item, according to the accumulated operation status data, to transmit them to the operation management device. The operation management device analyzes the data element identifier in the received data to recognize the operating status item, and updates operating status data in a database corresponding to the recognized item on the basis of the received operating status data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
