APPARATUS FOR KNEADING, MIXING, AND CRUSHING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for stably kneading, mixing, and crushing a mixture of livestock excrement and crushed vegetable etc. without generating a stench.

SOLUTION: A screw-type conveying means (2) in a casing (1) constituted of a first conveying section (2A), a stirring and mixing section (2B) where stirring and mixing is conducted with paddles (5), and a discharging section (2D). A plurality of paddles (5) are fixed to the stirring and mixing section (2B) spirally in the longitudinal direction so as to decrease the feeding angle of each paddle one after the other and to increase it again one after the other. A screw blade (2d) is disposed inversely to a first screw blade (2b) at the end of the discharging section (2D) so that the treated object drops out through an outlet (4). Below the outlet (4) is disposed a crushing means (8) comprising a rotating axis (6) and a plurality of crushing bars (7) projecting therefrom so as to crush and discharge the treated object that has been kneaded and mixed.
