PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a professional-quality electromagnetic induction heater excellent in thermal efficiency and support strength for an electromagnetic induction coil without forming a closed circuit for running a current. SOLUTION: A container frame F for supporting the electromagnetic induction coil 57 is formed with a peripheral metal aggregate 46 and centripetal metal aggregate 48 both electrically insulated and covered, and electrically-insulating convergence sleeve 47 at the center part as a collective conical basket corresponding to the bottom surface of a bowl 3 for storing foodstuff. A plurality of magnetic flux adjusting plates 60 and 61 are mounted and fixed to the coil 57 in a totally radially-symmetrical distribution style as a whole. Separation ends 46a in the intermediate part of the metal aggregate 46 are connected and integrated with each other by interlaying an electric insulation plate 49. Bent legs 48a evenly cut at the root parts of the aggregates 48 are inserted into and fixed to the sleeve 47 common for most of them. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
