PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment having finer which enables display of highly visible information without adding special member. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises: a focusing position determination means which divides a specific area to be a target into two or more areas and performs focal point detection or range-finding, thereby determining a focusing position; a finder which shows the image of an object in the specific area: a display means having two or more display elements 14 which can be independently and selectively displayed so as to be superimposed on the object shown by the finer; a first control means which selects a display element 14 based upon the focusing position determined by the focusing position determination means and displays the selected display element 14 so that the selected element 14 is superimposed on the image of the object shown by the finder; and a second control means which selects a display element 14 based upon information other than the focusing position and displays the selected element 14 so that the selected element 14 is superimposed on the image of the object shown by the finer.
