PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution apparatus capable of enhancing services to users by stopping distribution of wasteful information to the users. SOLUTION: The information distribution apparatus 21 predicts a destination of a registration party 5 entering a station 1, estimates a moving path further, discriminates that the registration party 5 is affected by a fault occurrence block when the estimated moving path is overlapped with the fault occurrence block, and distributes useful fault information without distributing wasteful distribution information. Thus, the information distribution apparatus 21 distributes information taking into account occurrence of change in the useful information for the registration party 5 due to occurrence of a fault and enhances services to the registration party 5 without making the registration party 5 unpleasant.
