PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message transmitter and a message transmission method capable of easily retransmitting a message even at the time of erasing the message received by receiving terminal equipment. SOLUTION: A transmitter transmits message box preparation request information and communication destination information from transmission terminal equipment 10 to a server 30 to prepare a message box, and to store the communication destination information corresponding to the message box. Then, the transmitter transmits message registration request information, message box identification information, and message information from the transmission terminal equipment 10 to the server 30 to store the message in the message box. Also, the communication information including the message box identification information and a password is transmitted to the communication destination indicated by the communication destination information stored corresponding to the message box. A receiver receives its own destination message by receiving terminal equipment 30 by using the message box identification information and password included in the communication information.
