PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhalation inspection device capable of measuring exhalation continuously. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an exhalation blow-in part 30 wherein a blow-in hole 31a of the exhalation is provided on one side and an exhaust hole 31b of blown-in exhalation is provided on the other side, and an inspection device body 20. A gas sensor 3 having a gas-sensitive body formed by a metal oxide semiconductor having a resistance value changing by adsorption of carbon monoxide is arranged in an exhalation passage between the blow-in hole 31a and the exhaust hole 31b in the exhalation blow-in part 30. The inspection device body 20 stores a driving measuring part for driving the gas sensor 3 and measuring the concentration of carbon monoxide included in the exhalation based on the resistance value change of the gas-sensitive body, and an LCD 4 for displaying a measurement result in the driving measuring part.
