PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like for carrying out efficient treatment timewise, spatially under the strict same conditions by performing a plurality of kinds of inspections in parallel for a plurality of inspection parallel method and a mixed liquid for a plurality of inspection parallel. SOLUTION: The method includes a machining process for machining a group of objects to be examined of a plurality of kinds of inspections; a generation process for generating a group of labeled detection bodies that has a known specific structure of the plurality of kinds of inspections that are or are not connected to the targets to be examined for each kind of inspection, and is labeled by connecting with a labeled substance so that mutual identification can be made among respective kinds of inspections; a reaction process for mixing the group of objects to be examined, a carrier, and the group of labeled detection bodies in the liquid for reacting; a liberation process for separating the carrier connecting with the group of labeled detection bodies via the targets to be examined and liberating the labeled substance from the separated carrier; and a detection process for detecting the presence or absence or degree of the retention of the labeled detection bodies due to the carrier for each kind of inspection based on the liberated labeled substance.
