PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particulate component analyzer that is reduced in price, precisely guides fine particulate to a laser spot P, and is further enhancede in the hit rate of breakdown. SOLUTION: This particulate component analyzer is provided with a means for introducing the particulate into a cell, a means for emitting a pulse laser toward the particulate in the cell, a transmission means for conducting the break-down by irradiation of the pulse laser to transmit emission light from the particulate, a light dispersing means for dispersing the light transmitted from the transmission means, and a photodetector for photoreceiving the light separated into spectral components, and analyzes a size and a component of the particulate. The transmission means of the analyzer is constituted of at least two lenses arranged in a chamber displaced with nitrogen. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
