PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an earth and sand conveyance facility for use in the reclamation of a coastal region from scattering earth and sand and dust deteriorating the environment of the surrounding when unloading or discharging the earth and sand. SOLUTION: The earth and sand conveyance facility 1 for unloading earth and sand includes a ship anchoring part 55 enabling earth and sand-carrying vessels to be anchored adjacent to a quay 53; a roof 14 installed over the quay for covering an unloading-side earth and sand transfer part 64 where the earth and sand is received and transferred; a shield part 15 surrounding the ship anchoring part and the unloading-side earth and sand transfer part; and an opening and closing part 11 enabling the vessels to move into and out of the shield part. The earth and sand conveyance facility for discharging earth and sand includes a roof installed over a pontoon for covering a earth and sand-unloading transfer part where the earth and sand is transferred and unloaded; a shield part covering the transfer part; and an opening and closing part enabling vehicles to move into and out of the shield part.
