PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the joining structure of a truss in which an infiltration to the inside of the outside air containing rainwater, salt or the like from the mutual connecting surfaces of a member constituting the joining structure of the truss is prevented and durability, rust prevention or the like is improved largely. SOLUTION: In the joining structure of the truss in which a metalic pipe 7, in which an end cone 6 with a joint-bolt inserting hole is installed at an end section, and a ball joint 1 with a plurality of tapped holes are connected by a joint bolt 2 and a collar 3 disposed on the outer periphery of the joint bolt 2, recessed sections 16 are formed extensively over the whole periphery to the outer peripheral section of the through-hole of an end face on the collar side, and packings 17 for waterproofness are disposed into the recessed sections 16.
