PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition improved in dispersion characteristics of a diene rubber and a highly saturated rubber in each other and adhesive properties at an interface and excellent in tensile characteristics and flexing characteristics, a crosslinkable rubber composition and a crosslinked product. SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises (1) the diene rubber, (2) the highly saturated rubber and (3) a block copolymer comprised of a diene polymer block A and a hydrogenated diene polymer block B and having any one of primary structures (A-B)<SB>x</SB>, (A-B)<SB>x</SB>-A and B-(A-B)<SB>x</SB>(wherein x is an integer of at least 1), where the block copolymer (3) is contained in an amount of 0.1-25 pts. mass based on 100 pts. mass of the total mass of the diene rubber (1) and the highly saturated rubber (2).
