PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the temperature of a beverage to be poured out to always a specified temperature. SOLUTION: The beverage is fed from a pouring port 38 connected with an extraction mechanism 35 to a container 31. A tank 23 has the water head level at a position higher than the pouring port 38 and reserves the beverage controlled at the specified temperature. A pump 26 for sucking the beverage from the tank 23 and discharging is connected with the pouring port 38 via a spout pipe 45. A check valve 46 is provided between the pipe 45 and the port 38. A sinking portion 45c of the pipe 45 is located at a position sinking in the beverage below the water head level in the tank 23. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
