PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery control device which can constantly detect abnormalities with a capability of grasping any differences between a given delivery state and a normal delivery state, and deliver a drink continuously from the start. SOLUTION: The control device executes an initial abnormality detecting operation by applying a certain voltage to a rotor-driving motor 1M during an initial current-carrying time and then executes a liquid delivery operation accompanying the sequential control of the delivery after the initial current-carrying time has passed. The above operations enables the device to constantly detect any abnormalities during the initial delivery, regardless of a way in which liquid, or the drink, is delivered. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
