PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a problem that a product having a complicate cubic curved surface is caused to require fairing working for producing precision more and a vast cost and a long period are required. SOLUTION: A three dimensional shape fed from an image apparatus or a three dimensional CAD is converted to two dimensional information. An actual shape is cut out from a sheet and an actual shape which is cut out, is torn out in a vacuum. A remaining part is accumulated to form a mold shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
