PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging chair in which a user can cancel massage with air bags equipped on the seat part in a condition the backrest is erected. SOLUTION: This massage chair comprises a chair body 1 with a seat part 4 and a reclining backrest part 5 equipped on the rear part of the seat part 4, air bags 11, 12 set on the seat part 4 of the chair body 1, an air supply and exhaust means (air supply and exhaust device) 14 to supply air to and exhaust air from the air bags 11, 12, and a controller (control means) 15 to control the air supply and exhaust device 14. The chair is further equipped with selection means (cancel switch 35 and return switch 36, or switches in the modified examples 1, 2) to control the air supply and exhaust device 14 by the controller 15 to cancel the air supply and exhaust action on the air bags on the seat part 4 when the backrest part 5 is erected.
