PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively simplify a structure of a reinforcing board part and enable increasing a lid in strength. SOLUTION: A lid 1 is attached to a body 3 with a hinge pin 2 in a manner that the lid 1 can be opened and closeed. A hinge spring 4 is attached by being winded around the hinge pin 2 to have the hinge spring 4 apply a force to the lid 1 toward the body 3. A reinforcing pin 5 is arranged in lateral directions toward a lid ring 1a in the lid1. The reinforcing pin 5 is pressed to fix by a reinforcing board 6 arranged in front and rear directions of the lid1. One end of the hinge spring 4 is locked to the reinforcing pin 5.
