PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a discharging capacity without regard to the fluctuation of applied voltage to a discharging pump 2. SOLUTION: By driving the discharging pump 2 by applying voltage of pulse waves, a liquid contained in an inner container 1 is discharged. A voltage detection means 5 detects the applied voltage to the discharging pump 2.
