PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safely transportable convenient scooping tool for fishing. SOLUTION: A plurality of hooks 2 are rotatably attached through a supporting member 3 to the top rod member 1a of an extensible rod 1 and are forced to radially spread with a coil spring 11 through a pressing ring 10. The hooks 2 are folded and housed in a case 4 attached to the 2nd rod member 1b from the top by contracting the rod 1 to enable safe transportation of the tool. When a cap 5 closing the opening of the case 4 is removed and the rod is quickly swung, the top rod member 1a is extended and the hooks 2 are released from the case 4 and automatically spread by the force of the spring 11.
