PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane urea resin adhesive being improved in the deficiency of repeeling property of an acrylic resin adhesive and improved in the close adhesion to various base materials which current polyurethane urea resin adhesive could not attain, in wetting, and especially in good adhesiveness to the skin of human being. SOLUTION: This adhesive contains a polyurethane urea (E) having active hydrogen groups, a compound (F) having an isocyanate group, and a≥10C long chain fatty acid ester (G). The polyurethane urea (E) having active hydrogen is obtained by reacting a polyurethane urea (C) containing isocyanate groups with a compound (D) having active hydrogen groups which are reactive with isocyanate groups under a condition of excess active hydrogen to the isocyanate groups. The urethane prepolymer (A) containing an isocyanate group is obtained by reacting a polyol (a1) with a polyisocyanate (a2). The polyurethane urea (C) containing isocyanate groups is prepared by Michael-type polyaddition reaction of a polyamine (b1) and a compound (b2) having active hydrogen reactive with the isocyanate groups.
