<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded wire harness kept in a wiring state, disusing a binding work of a group of wires on a wire harness work bench and a mounting work of a grommet, by forming a part of a resin coating part for molding the group of wires into a shape of a grommet. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness is molded with a resin mold in a wiring form by inserting a group of a number of wires branched in a plurality of branches from a concentrated bifurcation point into a groove of the molding die except in the vicinity of connectors at terminals of the branched wires. The diameter of a part of the resin coating part is enlarged in a conical shape, and a car body locking groove is formed to an outer periphery of the larger diameter side of the conical shape part. The resin coating part is branched and extended from an outer face of the conical shape part of the grommet part. Flexibility is given to the resin coating part of the branched wire by forming a spiral indented part or a collugated indented part formed by alternately continued indented parts to the outer peripheral surface of the resin coating part, on the other hand, the indented part is not formed to the part continued to the grommet part in order to give a linearity keeping force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
