PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deviation displaying method and a deviation display device which clarify where deviations of a plurality of images are located with respect to the original images and can display the deviations of the images without deteriorating an SN ratio and to provide a computer program and a recording medium.

SOLUTION: The image data of three images to be bases for displaying the deviations are read (step S11), color components different in each of the image data are extracted from the image data of each of the images (step S12), the extracted color components are added to pixels corresponding to the image data (step S13), and an image based on image data obtained by the addition is displayed (step S14).
