<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head device capable of accelerating the operational speed of a laser beam source by reducing the resistance or inductance parasitized on a wiring pattern. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical head device, IC for driving and a laser diode for DVD are connected to each other with a flexible circuit board 8. On their wiring part 82, the wide wiring pattern 92 for driving signal is formed on the surface side of a thin base material 801 having the thickness of ≤10μm, while on the reverse surface side of a base material 80, the wiring pattern 91 for ground is formed with the width dimension identical to that of the wiring pattern 92 for driving signal so as to superficially overlap with the wiring pattern 92 for driving signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
