<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which is burned at a low temperature, which has a large specific dielectric constant and whose loss in a micro wave band is small and to provide a laminated ceramic electronic part for which a low resistive conductor can be used for an electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The general formula of the dielectric ceramic composition can be denoted as (Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>)<SB>x</SB>(Nb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>)<SB>1-x</SB>. The range of x is denoted as 0.48≤x≤0.51. A vanadium oxide of 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. in terms of V<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>as a first accessary ingredient is added to (Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>)<SB>x</SB>(Nb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>)<SB>1-x</SB>of 100 pts. wt. and glass of 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. whose main component is S<SB>i</SB>O<SB>2</SB>is added to (Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>)<SB>x</SB>(Nb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>)<SB>1-x</SB>of 100 pts. wt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
