<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good printing result without requiring labor and skill. <P>SOLUTION: In a printing apparatus, a metal mask MK having through-holes corresponding to printing places is arranged on a printed wiring board PB and squeegees SQ1 and SQ2 are moved while pressed to the metal mask MK to extrude the cream solder placed on the metal mask MK from the through-holes to apply printing to the printed wiring board PB. After the completion of printing, a controller 90 allows a three-dimensional laser scanner 63 to three-dimensionally measure the bump of the cream solder printed on the printed wiring board PB and performs program processing to evaluate a printing state.
