<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain highly accurate detection of the service life of a belt used in an apparatus in which a main spindle for a machine tool or the like is engaged with a rotating shaft of a motor driven by a drive such as an inverter device using the belt. <P>SOLUTION: When an operation command is given from a driving command operation device 1, a counter 31 detects an edge of the operation command to calculate the starting frequency of the inverter device 20. The integrated value of the counter 31 is inputted in a comparative operation part 33 and is compared with reference frequency from a reference frequency setter 32. The counter judges whether or not the starting frequency is in excess of the reference frequency. If yes, an alarm display 34 is illuminated to tell the service life of the belt 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
