<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly match colors of an image with a simple operation about a color conversion device for converting first image data representing a color of the image at coordinates of a first color space into second image data representing a color of the image at coordinates of a second color space and a color conversion program for making a computer operate as the color conversion device. <P>SOLUTION: This color conversion device 700 is provided with a color converting part 720 for converting the first image data into the second image data and a gradation correcting part 710 for applying tone correction to the color of the image.
