<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recessed lighting fixture which can easily change and adjust an extent of protrusion of a lighting tool in a state of being fitted to a ceiling, and keep it at an adjusted position unless an external force is added. <P>SOLUTION: A support column body 4 is composed of a sliding cylindrical body 5 having a spiral groove 51 around an outer periphery and an axial rod 6 penetrating through the above. The support column body 4 is arranged on a top end of a cylindrical main body 1 to rotation freely hold the cylindrical body 5, and a rotational resistance is given to the cylindrical body 5 with a spring means. A mounting board 3 equipped with a socket part 2 has an engaging hole 32, and the engaging hole is loosely fitted to the cylindrical body 5. A concave part 35 in an inner periphery of the engaging hole 32 is supported by fitting into the spiral groove 51, and the mounting board 3 is formed so as to be able to move up and down by the rotation of the cylindrical body 5 when an external force in up-and-down direction is added. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
