<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent imaging serving system which can simply and inexpensively obtain a transparent image of substantially three-dimensional position and size of a target such as a defect or the like in a specimen to be detected by utilizing DR. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent imaging serving system includes a process of obtaining an appearance image 27 of the specimen by an appearance image input means 10; a process of obtaining a plurality of DR images (transparent two-dimensional image) differentiated in a photographing direction of the specimen by a digital radiography; a process of designating the substantial two-dimensional position and size in the specimen by detecting targets P1, P2 of the specimen for the DR images 20, 21; and a process of processing of calculating the substantial three-dimensional position and size in the specimen of the target based on the substantial two-dimensional position and size of the target, and displays the transparent image 28 superposed with the appearance image of the specimen based on the substantial three-dimensional position and size of the target. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
