<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately confirm interference light when a plurality of sets of photoelectric sensors of which the periods of synchronizing signals are substantially equal is installed adjacently. <P>SOLUTION: This photoelectric sensor comprises a light projector 1 and a photoreceiver 2 by which a plurality of optical axis operations is repeated with a prescribed period in order based on the synchronizing signals to conduct light projection and photoreception. In the photoreceiver 2, semiconductor photoreceiving elements 10a-13a are provided to receive a projected output from the projector 1, and an interference light confirming section A is provided after a reverse restoration time of the semiconductor photoreceiving element lapses substantially, after the light projection output is finished, when the section A is provided in the next of a photoreception signal recognizing section for photoreceiving the projection output by the semiconductor photoreceiving element to recognize it as the photoreception signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
