LAMINATE BLOW-MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blow-molded part with dimensions correctly following a cavity shape of a split metal mold even if the cavity of the mold is deep or the curvature of a corner of the cavity is large in a laminate blow-molding method for integrally laminating a skin sheet on the surface of the blow molded part during the blow-molding process. SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of pushing the flat skin sheet S into the cavity 11a of one of split metal molds 11 by a preform metal mold 16, preforming it in a three-dimensional form along the cavity 11a, and simultaneously placing it in the cavity 11a. It comprises steps of subsequently removing the preform mold 16, closing the split metal mold 11 and the other metal mold, and interposing a parison between them for blow-molding.
