PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an electronic device by generating an organic semiconductor material that can be used in a semiconductor layer. SOLUTION: In a method for forming an organic semiconductor layer on a substrate, a dispersion liquid is generated, the dispersion liquid including a continuous phase where a solution is dissolved with a binder resin, and a dispersing phase where an organic semiconductor material is dispersed, and by applying the dispersion liquid on the substrate 16, a semiconductor layer 12 of an electronic device is formed.
