PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a user's burden involved in cutting and to prevent paper from being wasted by appropriately arranging rectangular images such as a photograph for a certificate in accordance with the sizes and the number of the rectangular images. SOLUTION: A plurality of photographs 1 are arranged side by side in a width direction, and a plurality of photographs 2 smaller than the photographs 1 in width are also arranged side by side in a width direction in a place away from the photographs 1. The photographs 2 are arranged in accordance with the width of the photographs 1, thereby aligning the cutting positions of the left edges of the respective photographs 1 and 2 on a straight line.
