PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide slot array antenna having a close contact structure which does not depend on peripheral screw clamping for the mounting of a slot board on a base body and does not use a conductive adhesive or a conductive adhesive sheet in order to make the waveguide slot array antenna to be small. SOLUTION: A contact surface that is naturally required between the slot board 13 and the base body 14 is used to stick both the slot board 13 and the base body 14 together with an adhesive layer or the adhesive sheet 12 to thereby eliminate the need for peripheral screw clamping, consequently a margin for screws is not required to attain miniaturization. In a stuck portion, conductive bumps 11 provided on the slot board 13 in advance are penetrated through the adhesive layer or the adhesive sheet 12 to come into contact with the base body 14, obtaining conduction between the slot board 13 and the base body 14.
