PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which can control to cut off power without increasing its manufacturing cost, a microcomputer, and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises a first circuit group 20 which is required to keep its power supply ON constantly, and a second circuit group 30 which does not require to keep its power supply ON constantly. A first power supply regulator 40 connected to the first circuit group 20 and a second power supply regulator 50 connected to the second circuit group 30 and capable of turning a power supply voltage supplied to the second circuit group 30 ON or OFF by the prescribed control signals 70 may be included. Or, the first power supply regulator 40 connected to the first circuit group 20, the second power supply regulator 50, and an analog switching circuit which is connected to the second circuit group 30 and capable of turning a power supply voltage supplied to the second circuit group 30 from the second power supply regulator ON or OFF by the prescribed control signals may be included.
