TERMINAL FITTINGS AND CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide terminal fittings suitable for reduction in size and to provide a connector. SOLUTION: A locking protrusion 52 formed in a substantially pyramidal shape having a front end as a vertex is provided by driving out a rear end edge of an outer wall 37 extended along a widthwise direction to an outside of female terminal fittings 30 inserted into a female housing from rear. A lance provided in the female housing can be locked with the locking protrusion 52 when the female terminal fittings 30 is inserted into the female housing. The locking protrusion 52 is formed in a shape overhanging to the outside from a virtual triangular pyramid X composed by connecting the vertex A of the front end, a pair of protruding base ends B at the rear end edges and a protruding distal end C to the outside.
